Concept Introduction

Our Carbon Capture Technology

Our patented Carbon Capture technology represents a transformative advancement compared to established methods like Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) and Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). While CCS focuses on capturing CO₂ and storing it underground, and CCU involves repurposing CO₂ for industrial applications, we go a step further by converting captured CO₂ into valuable products like fuels, chemicals, or building materials. This approach not only mitigates emissions but also creates economic opportunities by integrating captured carbon into a circular economy, addressing both environmental and industrial challenges more holistically.

This technology can be implemented in a container-sized module that can be easily adapted to various industrial plants and integrated into existing infrastructure.

Allowing facility operators to turn waste gases into valuable resources, avoid carbon certificate fees, and create new products from streams that were previously discarded.

Our working process

Our work process is based on close and goal-oriented coordination with our customers. Early in the project, we jointly define the relevant parameters of the waste streams, ensuring a solid technical and economic basis for system design. In parallel, we assess the integration of the CO₂ cleaning module, including spatial requirements and the characteristics of specific exhaust gas streams. Finally, we evaluate the available financial scope across different contractual models and end-product options, allowing for a flexible and project-specific implementation.

UPSCALING

Following the successful commissioning of the first module, the system can be scaled to additional waste gas streams and future plant expansions. Our Carbon Capture Module

aims at efficient CO₂ capture and conversion through a container-sized module that can be integrated into a wide range of industrial exhaust gas processes. By capturing CO₂ directly at the emission source and converting it into valuable products, the system delivers both environmental benefits and economic relevance. The required energy and electricity input is minimal and, compared to the generated output, effectively negligible.
